Introduction
Asphalt Heating Tank is the most commonly used bitumen tank which
can heat and store all kinds of bitumen, its structure is very
compact, easy manufacturing and high heating efficiency.
This type Asphalt Heating Tank is very common used matching asphalt
mixing plant. The Asphalt Heating Tank should be equipped with
thermal oil furnace.The heat source comes from the hot oil during
the heating in the thermal oil furnace. Many bitumen tanks can be
connected together to store high volume bitumen.
Changshi can also provide components for large liquid storage tanks
fabricated on site at terminals.
- The tank is made of 4.5MM carbon steel and has a solid volume of 6
cubic meters.
- It adopts direct burning method to heat, Italy imported Riello G10
burner, without heat transfer oil.
- With 22 pneumatic nozzles, the maximum spreading width is 4.5
meters, and it can be sprayed in three layers.
- The front and rear electric boxes are controlled, the front
electric box has a temperature control display, and the nozzle
front electric box 1 controls 1, which can be operated by one
person.
- The height of the spray boom can be adjusted at will according to
the construction requirements.
- With circulation and pump in and out function.
- Cleaning function: equipped with independent water tank (300L)
cleaning pipeline, a set of pneumatic cleaning configuration.
